Ron Lloyd leads the Santa Barbara Division of Fidelity National Financial, overseeing both Fidelity National Title and Chicago Title across the South Coast. For two decades, he has guided the two brands as independent, competing operations, and both have earned the trust of local agents, lenders, attorneys, and homeowners. Under his leadership, the division holds the #1 market share position in the region.
Ron joined Fidelity National Financial in 1989 to build its corporate real estate subsidiary, Orion Realty Group, from the ground up. As Founder and President, he oversaw site selection and real estate management nationwide, directed the development of corporate headquarters in Irvine, Santa Barbara, and Jacksonville, and later helped lead the integration of FNF's landmark acquisitions of Chicago Title and Alltel Information Services.
That experience building organizations shapes how Ron leads locally. He believes exceptional service starts with exceptional people, and he has built a culture that keeps talented escrow and title professionals with the company for the long term. The result is a seasoned team with deep knowledge of Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, Hope Ranch, Carpinteria, and the Santa Ynez Valley, ready to handle the complex, high-value transactions these communities demand.
Ron holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Studies from the USC Marshall School of Business. A longtime Santa Barbara resident, he and his wife, Kelly, have been married more than 41 years and have four children and six grandchildren. Away from the office, you'll find him chasing grandkids, on the golf course, on the ski slopes, or traveling.
