Susan Johnson is an Escrow Officer with the Chicago Title Santa Barbara Solvang Branch. She started her career in escrow in the late 90’s. She is experienced with sales, refinance and commercial real estate transactions.
Susan was born and raised in Solvang, CA and is proud to call the valley her home. She is dedicated to handling your transaction with precision, professionalism and heart.
When not at work, Susan is busy raising her son Clayton. She is actively involved in his school work with him, he is also a member of the Buellton Cub Scouts Pack 42 and the Santa Ynez Pony Baseball League. They also enjoy the beach and hiking and adventures to new places! With her little time to herself, Susan enjoys playing Softball, a sport she has been involved with since high school, reading and supporting local businesses such as the Book Loft and Theaterfest.
